General Terms and Conditions

All sales of goods and services are governed by these Terms and Conditions, which supersede any verbal communications and any other contradictory policy appearing on this website elsewhere

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or transaction between Worldgemsimporters.com and customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California regardless of conflicts of law rules. Worldgemsimporters.com and Customer consent to resolve any dispute under the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of California, Orange County. The customer agrees not to bring any legal actions, including contract, equity, and tort, against Worldgemsimporters.com hat is more than one year after the date of purchase.

Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to adjust specifications and prices without notice. We are not responsible for errors in pricing or other errors appearing on our site. We reserve the right to correct errors appearing on this site.

Buyer is responsible for all applicable federal, state (California), local taxes or duties. Total amount due will include shipping and handling charges. Buyer agrees to pay amount due on the invoice. On all past-due accounts, the buyer agrees to pay interest at the maximum allowable rate under applicable law and for collection costs, including attorney’s fees, court and any other costs involved in the collection of past due monies. Worldgemsimporters.com retains a purchase money security interest in the goods, including all accessions to and replacements of the goods, until the Buyer has made the payment in full.

Orders are not binding until it is accepted by Worldgemsimporters.com; payments must be received before an order will be accepted. We reserve the right to defer shipments or cancel unshipped orders if the buyer fails to make payments in accordance with our Terms. Worldgemsimporters.com deserves the right to review all orders; regardless of any confirmation receipt sent to the customer, we may accept or decline any order for any reason.

Worldgemsimporters.com accepts the following payment methods: Paypal, Cashier Check or Money Order. Cash payments are NOT accepted.

Limitation of Liability

Worldgemsimporters.com MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF PRODUCTS SOLD. IN NO EVENT SHALL Worldgemsimporters.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION.

Worldgemsimporters.com DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Images are shown for representational purposes only. In the event that actual images of a product are unavailable, Worldgemsimporters.com reserves the right to substitute a similar image for the one described in the product information.

Titles to goods being purchased are retained by Worldgemsimporters.com until goods are paid for by the purchaser. Goods will be process for shipment normally within 24 - 48 hours after receipt of payment for delivery to the carrier. Worldgemsimporters.com will provide estimated shipping dates but we will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays or damages associated with delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of a higher being or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, civil disobedience, natural disasters, fires, freight embargoes, lockouts and strikes.

All product names and company logos mentioned remain the trademarks of their respective owners. All product names throughout this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

POLICIES AND AGREEMENT

Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. Worldgemsimporters.com is not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a product to a customer at a price that is wrongly priced on our site. Worldgemsimporters.com does not offer technical support or warranty. Products sold come with original manufacture warranty.

Orders

All orders must be reviewed and accepted. Orders will be processed within one to 2 business days once payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be held pending until the next business day. Some orders may be delayed if items are not in stock. Worldgemsimporters.com has the right to deny Paypal payments made with un-confirmed mailing addresses.

Changes to your order can only be made if your order has not already been processed. Please e-mail us to request a change to your order.

Cancellations can only be made on orders that have NOT shipped. Worldgemsimporters.comwill not accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped. Please e-mail us to cancel an order that has not been shipped.

Back Orders

Unavailable items will be placed on back order while the remainder of your order will be shipped.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is not required, all orders are shipped from Thailand.

Shipping

The following shipping options are available:

Registered Mail Service ( $8.50 ) Recommended for orders $50.00 or less, with 12 - 25+ days for delivery. Please note that this mail service do not include insurance, and orders are shipped at buyers own risk.
Fedex Mail Service ( $22.00 ) Recommended for orders $50.00 or more, with 4 - 7 days for delivery. Insurance included with this option.

Worldgemsimporters.com will provide tracking information for all order shipped via Fedex Mail Service upon request.

Returns

Worldgemsimporters.com offers a 14 day return policy (from the original invoice date) on selected items.

To return a product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done via email at . NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. To authorize your return, we will need: 1) invoice number 2) customer name 3) item serial number 4) nature of problem. The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. IN ORDER FOR YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TO BE ACCEPTED, THE RMA# MUST BE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED ON THE PACKAGE’S SHIPPING LABEL.

All product returns must be in the original packaging and include all accessories, UPC codes, blank warranty cards, user manuals, and any other documentation that was provided by the manufacturer. If the returned package is incomplete, Worldgemsimporters.com reserves the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges to replace the missing components.

Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to Worldgemsimporters.com on returned items. Refunds will be issued back to the original source of purchase. Worldgemsimporters.com does not issue store credit.

Manufactures Warranty, Service, and Support

Worldgemsimporters.com does not offer tech support. All requests for service must be handled directly with the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
